  1. Still happy to provide details on the single 2006 model UK Holland and Holland by Overfinch in existence I own which was one of only 4 finalists under the bespoke category for the national awards at the land Rover Legends show in May 18.

I am the owner of Edition Number 1 of the 6 Cars Produced. My car was first owned by BMW UK as a show car and used at the TATE MODERN for Publicity ( SEE YouTube Tate Modern ) The car has the original number plate YE65 EWK and this is clearly SEEN in the Video TATE MODERN London. The car is the First Produced 001 of the 6 cars. This recognized by BMW UK with the chassis number. You can add any of this on your website. My name is

  3. Great site, only just stumbled across it whilst researching various 500 Abarths. Will the 695 Rivale which is about to have its production brought to an end be included? I have no idea how many have been made?

    1. Hi Andrew – Thanks for the feedback.
Yeah in the future the Rivale 695C version will be added. The actual number made, started off (as so many do) being very limited, talk of 150, then 500… seems more like 5000 worldwide but the UK convertible seems to be the rarest at the moment, possibly c70 in the UK. So it’ll be a rare car as such. Made more desirable due to the look of it. The XSR Yamaha edition in Convertible, which I will feature one day, is much rarer, but it’s not the best looking edition! (IMO) But each to their own I guess.
Keep in touch, thanks for getting in touch, much appreciated.

  6. Hi Mike,
I own the only Abarth Ferrari dealers edition car to come to New Zealand. However when I purchased it it didn’t have the limited edition plaque. Am I able to find out the edition number if I have the VIN – chassis number? I purchased the car from Continental Cars Ferrari in Auckland and have also spoken with Andrew Simms who are the Fiat agents. Neither seem to be able to help me. Any ideas or contacts greatly received. Gary

  7. I see that you have done a report on the W124 E Class AMG 3.6 – did you know that prior to this AMG did a 3.4 conversion of the 300E – there is one coming up for sale on the Collectingcars website?

Also, are you considering listing the SL60 from AMG, there are only 49 RHD versions?

    1. Hi James – Yeah AMG did a vast array of editions, sadly even they didn’t really keep records so maybe a touch hard to find.
As with the SL60, I did start to collect once, most were blue or silver… I believe 5 have the later gearbox and there are now some more interesting colours come out of the woodwork. The SL73 is an Interest, I know someone who owned two and they’d bought them new in the UK at the time… I believe there are 3 UK cars… a feature on either of the editions may come one day – regards, Mike

  8. James, Any idea if any of the LHD SAAB Independence Edition 9-3 convertibles made it to the US. I am betting they did not. Is there an official paint code for the Amber Orange?

  9. Hi Mike, found your site while investigating a 2013 Renault Megane RS Red Bull Racing edition.
One has come up for sale here in NZ, possibly imported from Japan. 101,000km.
Don’t know the car number yet. Hopefully I will purchase in the next day or so.

I have a ton of info about the Mk 3 Trophy R.

    Cheers,
